Complete a FEEDBACK FORM

Share your thoughts on the presentations you attended! After the festival, you will receive instructions by email that will direct you to a short online form. Once you submit, you will be entered automatically into the festival drawing. (Only 1 form with constructive feedback will be selected.) All forms must be submitted by Friday, March 31 at 3pm PDT to be entered into the drawing.  

 

WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED ONLINE!

Stay tuned for the announcement of the winner. The winner will be announced on Monday, April 3 on the festival website and on social media. If your feedback form is drawn, your teacher will be notified by email, your mailing address will be requested....AND your prize will be delivered right to your school!
